i have a user of my forum who is able to login no problem form work or from college but can't log in at home. does anyone know why this might be and what i can do to fix it? thanks!

The login system uses cookies.

This person needs to make sure that cookies are working in their browser.

If they are using IE it does suffer from a cookie index bug it's cookie index gets corrupted. The only way to fix this is to delete all internet files followed by the cookie cache (hopefully Microsoft may fix this bug one day)

If they are still having problems suggest that they use a better browser like Mozilla Firebird
