I've had to change hosts for my forum and my new host doesn't support SQL Server, so I'm looking to downsize my forum from SQL Server to Access 2000 so that I do not lose any member details and, ideally, also keep the existing threads and messages.

I've exported my SQL files to an access database (temp.mdb) and could do with some guidance as to which tables from temp.mdb I can copy into my new Forum db, and whether there is anything I need to be aware of.
