I think there should be a sub-moderator user type. There are Administrators, then moderators, then all the way down to users. like step, step, thud --__   but seriously. there needs to be a group that can do stuff like moderate but not block an IP. address. or delete entire strings, etc. |

I am still interested in having someone else code something like this. I
would think that it would not be very hard to limit what a moderator
can do, or maybe something more practical would be to set something up
where 2 or 3 (or more) moderators have to agree to use their abilities
to delete posts, or edit them or block IP addresses, etc. |

this will require rewriting of code in all files.. hell alot of work.......... |
