Subject: avatars not working

ok, i uploaded some avatars and edited the select_avatars.asp file to accomodate them. now, when i click on them, they do not work they just come up a red x in the preview window. is there a size (kb) limit to the avatars? they are both(i added 2) under 64x64 pixels, but one is a .gif. any suggestions?

Are you sure you put the avatars in the right directory?

Make sure in the select_avatar.asp file that you put in the correct path to the avatar images for each new image added.
