is there any other way whereby i can send email from the forum as my host does not support the email components?

Not really. 

And the reason why your host does not support the e-mail components is because he doesn't want you to be able to e-mail anything.

Well, the max u can do is use free smtp's available on net

search on google. u will find millions

What good is a smtp server if you don't have a component to connect to it

Even if you have a SMTP server on your own machine, if CDONTS, CDOSYS or another e-mail component is not installed, you can't e-mail from the forum.
