Good?  Any criticisms, errors, typos?  Tried to keep simple in this one.

Customers regularly leave commercial websites because they either:     1.    Cannot find the answer to any questions they might have      2.    Cannot find enough details about a product they are interested in     3.    Do not have the time to send an email or make a phone call You can increase your sales by (don't make that promise "ASP Live Support could increase sales by") offering additional support to existing and potential customers by offering them a new, exciting and easy to use medium of communication. ASP Live Support can benefit small and large companies alike. The software caters for an unlimited number of operators and clients (customers). With ASP Live Support the  confidence level of a customer can be increased and can lead to higher sales by providing a solid web-based support solution. I corrected a few errors and rewrote some stuff that just did not sound professional. You should not make promises you do not have influence over, do not promise that it increases sales but the ability that it can help.

There is more on other pages I looked at but don't want to do them all for you.

Readin over mine is still not 100% (the paste was too ugly to read) but might push you in a right direction.
