Here is my next question: I entered a new user, they received their email with the link to click to activate their account. When they clicked on the link, it tried to go to the following address:

http://www.magneforcess.com/forum1/webwiz/forumj//activate.asp?ID=pbaldassariBZ262AC148 - http://www.magneforcess.com/forum1/webwiz/forumj//activate.asp?ID=pbaldassariBZ262AC148

The problem is the j//, how do I correct this?

Check that you setup the server url correctly in the admin menu
