Whem I try to register, the security code don�t appear, and Cookies is already activated??

Wath can I do?

Make sure the images for the security codes are uploaded?
Try a different browser like Mozilla to make sure it's not that cookies are corrupted in IE
Make sure you are not using things like IP/domain masking, frames, etc. as these can prevent browsers from correctly setting cookies.
