To cater for the problems that arise in English when trying to type Sc**thorpe, Arsenal, pricking, Widow Twankey and so on could a system of bad words exceptions be introduced so that known "good" words that happen to incorporate "bad" words - like the examples I've given - get through the bad words list checking?

I dont even think that would be possible... ?  Surely that would mean including like every good word which has a bad word in it.. It would surely be impossible to do that

Nothing in life is 100% and as you say thinking of, and including all words that contained a "bad" word would be difficult to achieve.

But we could make a start with obvious ones.

I'll leave perfection to others.
