First thing to check is to make sure your server supports ASP and MS Access Databases!

If so then just follow the included instructions. They are pretty much step by step.

Are you using IIS on your server ? If so then you should be able to get it working no problem as IIS will support ASP. The documentation that comes with the forum is pretty self explanitory.

If you follow the intsall instructions it should be quite simple.

  1. Check with your web hosting company that they support ASP and are running a Windows web server with Microsofts web server IIS
  2. Unzip all the files in the forum zip folder keeping all the files in there original locations
  3. Upload the files to your web site
  4. Oint your browser to the folder you uploaded the forum to
That should be it, for more detailed instructions read the documentation that comes with the forum or it can be seen online at:-

You cannot install the forum on your website as it does not seem to support ASP which is required for this forum to run.
You CAN install it on your local machine but that will not do you any good. So either change to another ISP that supports ASP or find a BBS that can run on your Apache.
