whatever component you have the upload set to.. you do not have that component installed on the server you are on

I had the same error today, i had installed Persist ASP Upload and it was a 30-day trial and it stopped working without notice so i started getting that error, i had even forgot that it was a 30-day trial and since it gave me no notice i was kind of puzzled at the beggining when i started getting that error, but i switched to Dundas wich is free and my file uploads started working again..... I'm pretty sure you're having the same problem i had as you're getting the same error in the same line....

are you running your own server?........if so go to the admin section of your forum, then go to File and Image Upload Configuration and there's links to download the free upload components, right now i'm using dundas and it works fine and it's free, you just download it and install it, that's it.... and you got to set your forum to user the one you get.......right now you got it set to use Persist which you don't have......

You have to contact your web host and ask them if they have any of the supported upload components installed, if not then you can't use this feature.

You will need to contact your web host and ask them if any of the supported components are installed on the web server.

You probally need to get the permissions changed on the folder you are uploading to so that the component can save the files to that folder. Your web host may need to do this for you so contact them.
