We would like to limit the list of members to authorised users of the forum. Currently whenever a new member - normally somebody not connected with our business - completes an application to join the forum they have access to the membership list and this has caused a couple of problems for our staff (Members) receiving emails etc from unknown persons.

I have not been able to find a way to overcome this problem and hope somebody can offer a solution.

2 ways

1. edit files n activate email activation so that u activate all memberships

2. suspend registration, then 1 by 1 enable n register n give 2 ppl
