Can someone tell me how to upgrade from wbwz forum ver 7.01 to ver 7.6

Have a look at the previous posts on upgrading.

If you are using the Access version you should be able to just replace the files leaving your original database intacted.

The SQL server version requires that some stored procedures are changed so have a look through the posts on upgrading, there is a sticky one that contains links to the others to get you started.
