I did a report in Ms Access 97 and when I export it as text file, some line got a line space and some doesn't. Example,

<got line space>
CompanyName: AIRVAC PTE LTD

Address: &nbs p; No. 4, Loyang Street, Loyang Industrial

<no line space - should be like that>
CompanyName: AIRVAC PTE LTD
Address: &nbs p; No. 4, Loyang Street, Loyang Industrial
