Is there a form users can easily access to send a request to create a new forum? I have not seen one in the 7.6 version. Perhaps someone has a Mod that will accept requests from users to start their own forum..? I would like to be able to easily encourage the general public to create new forums.

Well you can just create a category and call it forum requests or so, if you are talking about subforums, they are not supported.

Agree with micheal.

Create another forum / thread for this purpose or else setup some asp mail ( cdonts proabbly) and put the link in forum, user fills that n u get that mail

Sub forums - not sure but try the mod by neotrix
