Well I had to do my upgrade to version 7.7 manually because of so many mods I have. I just moved the 40 files that changed over to the server and fixed the mods. The rest I left from the other version 7.6 which technicall should be unchanged.

Anyway - I see files in the _vti_cnf folder that are similar to what we have in the main forum. Do I have to worry about updating these as well for the 7.7 update or can I just leave them? The forum seems to run fine weather that folder exists or not.

The _vti_cnf folder is not a part of Web Wiz Forums, if you use Frontpage then this has probally created this folder for you, when you uploaded using Frontpage.
