Turn off friendly error messages and post the entire error. Also, try http://yourmachinename - http://yourmachinename . Do you have a default page set? What kind of page are your trying to display? If .asp, will it display a .html page?

I turn it off already but still the same error mesg. I also tried http://mymachinename - http://[mymachinename ]. I just hope my .asp works. Could it be the location of my webpub? I have two drive. One is C: and the other one F:. My inetpub/webpub is in F:.

try to create a virtual directory and access it.

i.e. http://localhost/directory - http://localhost/directory

or

http://127.0.0.1/directory - http://127.0.0.1/directory

When you install, make sure you do all steps correctly.

I'm not sure what OS you are running, but borg has a few tutorials to follow to make sure you are taking the correct steps...

It works well after I re-install my os. Now, the inetpub thing is in c: instead of F:. But, I found that it's a little slow but I still can survive with it at the moment.
