One of my clients cannot see the shipping cart on a web page that I created for her at  http://www.deafhands.com/shipping.htm - http://www.deafhands.com/shipping.htm . She said that she just saw a big blank white box. Please look at the web page and let me know if you see the shipping fees chart or not. The chart should look like the one below:

India,

Did you see a blank box too? If so, what did it look like?

It was a blank box

A big box with a cross mark on top.

It was normal like if you make a webpage where the image can't load due to wrong path or whatever, it was the same sign

I discovered that I had the wrong path. I guess when you are tired or stressed out you tend to not pay attention to some of the things you might do in creating web pages.

Please go back to http://www.deafhands.com/shipping.htm - http://www.deafhands.com/shipping.htm and let me know if you see the chart now.

That's a pretty poor image. Opened it in PSP - 24-bit, using 14,245 different colors. If she's only using 256 or 64K colors, she's going to see a big blank box. Minimum color depth to see that image would be 16 million.

Why don't you use a html table for that?

I know that some places use pics instead of table text for confirmation and receipts - less likely that the end user could change it without being detected. But I wouldn't think that a shipping charge table would need to be protected.
