I noticed that when I type in my screen name in the google.com search engine my posts from webwiz.net show up in the search results.

I was wondering if when I have my own message board set up if this will happen for my sire or is it something that will require custom setup?

Is this done through the meta tag that WebWiz has included in every ASP page where it has Bruce Corkhill's name?  I was under the impression that this was a portion of the code that we were not permitted to edit.

Google, if it indexs your site, will index forum pages like any other page on your site so you don't need to do anything.

Search engines read pages through HTTP, which means they see the same as we do through a browser.

If they saw the page in any otherway other than through HTTP where it is parsed through the ASP.DLL then this would be a big security hole in web servers.

Any ASP page called through HTTP is first parsed beofre the web server sends the built up page to the requesting client, whether that be a search engine, web browser, etc.

If you are clever, you can make google see differently to visitors though if you get it's IP address.
