I run a forum for a small gaming clan and I have one member who can't see the forums at all.  He says he doesn't have this problem with any other sites.  You can see a screen shot here:

http://www.livweb.com/images/wtf.bmp - http://www.livweb.com/images/wtf.bmp

It's a bit large.

The url for our forums is

http://e.1asphost.com/seraphclan/forum/default.asp - http://e.1asphost.com/seraphclan/forum/default.asp

Any help would really be appreciated.

Obviously is a problem with his ISP as he is getting a DNS error and your forum is running fine. As you say he can see other sites fine I assume his ISP does not forward to your server for whatever reason. Can he view other, not forum, content on your site/domain?

This is not necessarily a DNS issue.  Have this user Disable the "Show friendly HTTP error messages" setting in his Tools/Internet Options/Advanced settings, inside MSIE.

Next time he goes to the page, it should give him a more clear error with which to work.

He does not get an application error. He gets a Cannot find server error.

...which is a generic MSIE error, if that browser option is enabled.

A DNS error is a DNS error no matter how you look at it.

Ask your user if he can view other pages on your site or other sites on the srever, if he can't then the problem is more likly a routing problem with their ISP.
