It took me awhile to track this down, but I think I've narrowed it down to having apostrophe's in the user names. I.E. Tester' or Test'me anything with an apostrophe in the name.

When an apostrophe is in the name and you click on the PM button in the user profile it does not work.

Change line 383 of the file pop_up_profile.asp to the following:-

Hi All

In the official release 7.7 I found this to be line 376

I don't know if this fix should solve the "UBound profile bug" or its for something else. If not, please bare with me, but theres no difference here applying the fix. The profile bug still exist, and I have no user names with apostrophe (' or ").

Do a search for the UBound problem in the profile page, I have already answered that one today already and a search will bring up 8 other posts on that.
