what heppend when user is get over 100% PM's...?

to me nothing heppend....?!maybe because i'm Admin?

if you are not an admin it doesn't store the message and displays a message to the author that it wasn't sent ( i think that is what happens)..

you are correct that administrator accounts can recieve unlimated pms
