I searched the forum this time, but all post pertaining to this error where not because of this. When I tried to add a member as Forum Admin I got the following error message:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01f4'

Variable is undefined: 'strImageTypes'

/forum/admin/functions/functions_filters.asp, line 204

This is a clean install, no mods or language files.

Can you tell me what's wrong?

Looks like you probally have a corrupted file somewhere, try reuploading the files again as the FTP process often leads to file corruption.

I also received the same error on a new install. I uploaded the files again, same error.

I did notice that if I registered a new member and did NOT include a custom (web link) gif avatar that I didn't get the error. I could go back after registering the user and add the avatar without any problems.

In looking at the specific line that errors that there is a semi-colon in front of gif, is that correct? Here's the effected code line:

strImageTypes = strImageTypes & ";gif;jpg;jpe;bmp;png"

Thanks,
Joe
