What kind of change? Are you looking for a vocoder or just effects like flange?

there is also TalkIt! from microsoft (available with PLUS! for Kids, it is nice but without saving to wav options.

I am looking for effects like robot voices or echo. I will also require a WAV mixer to mix the files together (FREE!).
