I am not an ASP wiz. I am using Dreamweaver MX 2004 with ASP connecting to an SQL database.

The problem is that I am trying to build an intranet which has a search page that allows employees to search for staff members and display thier details.  there is a staff table in our SQL database. the search worked fine, even the navigation status worked fine..which shows record 1 to 1 of 23 records that matched the search criteria i tested.  I only want to see one staff member at a time in my search results page.   So I know it can find the 23 records BUT... when I try to insert some record navigation links/bar click next.... the dynamic table area is blank.. and the status is record 0 to 0 of 0?!  it is not navigating to the next record.

I can post the code if you like but it is generated by dreamweaver mx.  I have spent days on this little pickle.
