I was following the instructions in the ASP section to configure my IIS and Personal Web Manager on my home computer. However, when I click on the Personal Web Manager icon in control panel, it does not open. Can someone tell me how to resolve this?

Try reinstalling IIS

What happens when you point your browser to http://localhost - http://localhost ?
