Can the checkbox be checked automatically for both registered/unregistered members? (It's checked for unregistered and unchecked for registered!)

Thanks  (Also thanks a lot for listening and putting the Emoticons to the left!)

It's checked on the non WYSIWYG editor which needs code for any formatting, but on the WYSIWYG editor where forum codes aren't usuaully required it is not checked.

I believe that the button should be checked on the WYSIWYG editor as well. I sometimes instinctively write [:)]...actually I just write :) but I changed the codes on my forum... and would want it to be enabled automatically. I actually cannot see why someone would want it to be disabled.

I also sometimes type text just because I am so used to it. (Even though pressing control b is much easier!)

Just edit the file, IE_message_form_inc.asp and change the HTML check box to be checked.

Ok, thanks. I will...

Could you make that an option in the profile (Check box saying that the Enable Forum Codes should be checked automatically)

He did that so when posting scripts it does not convert it to smilies. Some Javascript or a DB Path could contain ;)

Could you take it out of the downloadable version?
