Could you please provide more information?

What version of Windows Server are you running Web Wiz RTE on?
Are you integrating Web Wiz RTE in to your own pages, if so what language are you using and what encoding are you using to save your own files?

This error can occur on older versions of Windows that have not had the VB Scripting engine updated.

You can update the VB Scripting engine on the server by installing newer versions of Internet Explorer.

Do you know what version of Internet Explorer is installed on the server and are you able to update it?

The issue could be that the RTE pages are saved in UTF-8 and the files you are integrating it in to are saved in another encoding.

You can check this by download Notepad++ (notepad-plus-plus.org) which is a free text editor and using the Encoding Toolbar to check and change the encoding of the files.
