hi to all! (my first post and fortunaly my first problem LOL)
 
my RTE (version 3.0) remove this tag:
 
<PARAM NAME='FileName' VALUE='..\_upload\RTEcontributi\MyNameFile.wmv'>
 
Someone may help me ?

Where are you trying to enter it, and when is it removed?

Hi boRg

is it removed when I switch from WYSIWYG view  --to--> HTML view, or when confirm the form. Ouch
 
Paste the TAG in HTML view (tag ok)
Switch to WYSIWYG view (tag ok, I can see the video)
Switch again to HTML code (and the tag disappears)
 
Just try online demo, paste in 1st line my tag.....
....and do it the same steps

The RTE uses the built in RTE API's of the browser.

I find that the API Microsoft have written for IE is rubbish and does remove/change, allot of the HTML code.

Try using Mozilla Firebird, it's API for RTE is much better and doesn't change the code so much.
