Problem with bult-in email client.

Hello to all.
I have a little problem with built-in email client. I have entered correct values for smtp server and user and pass and I am able to send mass emails for members groups successfully but when I try to use built-in email client for sending email to another member of forum, instead of mail client page , I am redirected to first page of forum. I have enabled built in e-mail client and other parts of forum work very good. any help?
