I'm using the forum Web Wiz Heb 2.0 for almost 2 years with no problems at all

Lately me & my friends receiving emails with update about any new messages at the forum that we are following but only 2 lines & not full message as we used for... 

One of my friend stop receiving email at all (used to receive them all the time) even he checked out the box of the forums that he is following.

Any suggestion please.

Web Wiz Heb is not provided by ourselves. You would need to contact the vendor regarding this issue.

Thanks for your reply, the guys that did the Heb translation stop working with WIZ anymore !!!

My question is: If we update our forum to the premium edition, in what way we can keep the old data & opened forums? 
What about language support? is the new forums support Heb as well?

Upgrading and retaining posts and members should be fine.

How well it would work with the Hebrew language I can only guess at.

Languages files append new text to the end and you should only need to have to translate the new text within these files.

Version 10 also allows you to set page encoding and right to left language support in the admin area which should make it simpler to configure for Hebrew.
