Problem with URL in Posts!

I have a strange Problem with Links & URLs in Posts.
 
if Somebody posts a link to for example the link www.amazon.de , the forum changes the "o" in the URL to "ý".
 
This happens not to all "o"s, just to some in some URLs.
I can't understand and find the Problem for that...
 
Please help!
