 Recently I upgraded  to WWF 10.15, also I installed URL rewrite for IIS 7.
My forum is in Persian language with UTF-8 encoding. URL Rewrite work correctly but Forums and Topics don't appended to SEO URLs.
Of-course English Topics or Forums title  append to SEO url without problem and my problem is about Persian or Arabic titles.

URL Rewriting would not work for Persian or Arabic languages.

If your forum is mainly Persian or Arabic then you should disable URL Rewriting.

Chat, Thanks, send email also no work for  UTF-8.
Should I disable all of them ?
Email (Email Notify me of Replies)  is important for me( my users) ? What should i do ?

Is any modification or solution to support  Persian or Arabic (UTF-8) by URL Rewriting?

URL Rewriting would not work for Persian or Arabic.

If you use CDOSYSto send email in the latest version it will also include the page encoding for the email and should send the email correctly.

Web Wiz Forums will not work for Persian or Arabic out of the box and would need allot of modifications in order to get it to run correctly for Persian or Arabic.
