Problems moving topics

I'm having problems trying to move topics, for instance when I log in as
admin and click on the Topic Admin icon next to a topic I get this
message in the popup window. Any ideas? 

ADODB.Recordset error '800a0cc1'



Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested 

name or ordinal.

Could be a corrupted file, try reuploading
