question on forum titles and descriptions.

For our forums, we have several what I call "sections" such as engines, transmissions, brakes/suspension, etc. (car/automobile related)

We have an advertiser that wants to "sponsor" a section or forum.
I'd like it so that folks can always see that it's sponsored, be it if they are at the main forum page, or in that section, or in a message in that section.

For now, I've simply typed that in to the forum description.
But I'd like it to be noticed if the visitor is at:

http://theamcforum.com/forum
or
http://theamcforum.com/forum/suspension-steering-brakes-wheels_forum5.html
but note that when you are on this page, the forum DESCRIPTION does not show!!!

or even if they are here just as an example:

Note that in the last two cases - in that forum or in a message in that forum, the description of the forum does not show at all. The description ONLY shows on the main page. (this also causes a lot of folks problems because then they can't see the description of what it's for, and can't see that we put "minimum of 30 posts to post here" in the description. There's only one place the description shows - the main forums page.

2 problems really, I guess, but first one - how can one make it so that a sponsorship is shown from the main page, the forums page, or a message within that forum?
