I've seen in my forum that when they voted a message and someone wants to vote can not. Must vote the same thing to work. If you do not vote the same as the previous user the following message:

Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Need to know the version you are using, the database type, and a detailed error message with page names and line numbers as the generic 500 message you have posted is not any help.

To get a detailed error message you need to use Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, or if using IE turn off Friend HTTP Error messages ion the browser.

I've fixed. I just replaced rate_topic.asp. For a problem that file was corrupt. thanks
