Is there a way to recover data after it is deleted from a message.  I had some posting not so great things on my site then they deleted them is there a way to recover that data?

Thanks

Lo

Depends what database you use. If you use Access SOOL. If you use SQL Server you could do a transactional restore, thus this will also change everything else to that point. I wish MS would come up with a Transactional Query Restore like Oracle but till then, this is pretty much the only way to go unless you use 3rd party tools. I find Lumigent Log Explorer an excellent tool which lets you view your SQL Server Log files and undo queries that are in there. They offer a trial....but still does not help you if you use Jet.
