Recurring WebWiz Login Problem

I don't own a forum, but have been on 3 plus this one.

On the other 3, I am able to register just fine.  I can then login and everything is good- I save my login information and let it automatically login.

But when I logout, it will not let me log back in- always says 'sorry, the username or password you entered is incorrect.'  If I try to reregister, that will work too, but once I logout it stops working.

I have searched this forum. I have deleted all my cookies. I have installed IE, Firefox, and Opera.  I have cleared my cache.  I have tried restarting browsers and my computer.

PLEASE- does anyone have ANY idea what's wrong?  Has this happened before?

On one of the forums, I know the owner.  He has been working with me, resetting my password, even deleting my account and letting me reregister- still doesn't work whenever I logout.

Any ideas at all are appreciated, thanks.

If you lgout and then back in again on this forum does it work?

Are the other forums you been on running Web Wiz Forums as their forum systems?

Also as well check your default browser encoding.

It may help if the forum owner adds page encoding to the file includes/header.asp in the form of:-
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">

The page encoding above is for western character sites, you may need to change 
this for other sites.
