I want to add a page to a website where for a small fee registered users can advertise on the site. The sort of thing I am looking for is after the form has been filled in including a username and password (probably using PayPal not sure yet) the user then has access to a secure page to advertise.
How easy is this to do?
Are there any tutorials?
