REQ: Quote of the Moment

   I've had a request on my forum, for a feature nicknamed "quote of the moment".

Basically, people would like to be able to click a quote button on someone's post, edit the post a little to leave the "quote", then submit it to a hall of fame.

I suppose another feature would be for a moderator / admin to approve them, then once approved, the quote would be listed in a top quotes page.

I'd then like to be able to pull a random quote, or the most recent quote, and show it at the top of the forum.

This idea has come from a member who uses another forum with this function - http://forumwhatever.com/quotes.php?do=list 

On the main forum page, you can see the random quote - http://forumwhatever.com/index.php

Anyone interested in developing this?
