I've had this request from a number of our own forum members.

Once in a while a topic gets "heated" - it's men behaving badly, but not badly enough to boot them as they are otherwise valuable resources.
Some other members get sick of the chest pounding and snipes and would rather "see all new posts/topics since last visit EXCEPT a topic I have "ignored" because those 3 members are disagreeing again.
Sort of like you can ignore PM from certain folks, it would really be nice to have a way that if a thread gets a bit crazy or is one you have no interest in at all, that it NOT show up when you look at the "latest posts since last visit".
If there were 25 new posts, but one post is in a thread I choose to ignore (because it might make me really mad and want to reply to them) then the new posts displayed for ME would be only 24 - the ones I do not have "ignore" checked.
Is this possible? How complex? I would be nice if it was built in.
Maybe I am interested in all areas except the joke area, so I'd check "ignore" for those topics, and would thus see or be given a list that includes only the "other" new posts since my last visit.
I hope this makes sense!
