You have to "escape" the quote in the img tag, like:

Response.Write("<td><img src=""http://www.team-cobalt.com/images/headnews.jpg""><br>")

As for the lack of a good error.. turn off "friendly errors".... instructions here

do you have any concept of what a "string" is?

at the end, you have:
>" & oRS("ti").Value</font></td>")

you are trying get a value from the database, oRS("ti"), and then just thinking you can add the font and cell tag to it.. which are not variables

>" & oRS("ti").Value & "</font></td>")

if you can't figure this stuff out, you are in deep deep trouble doing ASP, because this is like super entry level stuff......
