Hi,

I have my forum divided into sections so that only certain groups can access certain forum - is there any way of restricting access to memberlists so that the user only sees members from their own group?

By the way Borg - I keep getting an error box on this forum it says :

You would have to change the SQL Statement which get's the memberlist to only display users that are in the same group as the logged in user.

What I mean is having 2 forum databases, delete the tblAuthor from one of them, go to File > External Data > Link Tables and point to the other mdb then selecting the tblAuthor from there. Now, you might have to recreate all relationships as I guess they get deleted when deleting tblAuthor in the first db. Also, create the same folder structure localy as you have with your isp so you got the same links in the system databases (they are hidden).
