Using the IE 5.5+ version.
On almost every visit to WW since the new RTE was added to the forum, some of the threads I view do not have an enabled text entry box in the reply form.
The top and Left black border isn't there. Clicking on the box results in the cursor changing to the 4-way "move" arrow, Can't enter text in that area.
Reloading the page doesn't seem to clear the problem. Going on to another pages, then hitting the back-button does return the page with an enabled text box.
Problem seems like it may be load related. Happens often when I right=click several threads to "open in new window", but also happens sometines when I just click on a trhread.
