SA Fileup not working

i get the following error when trying to upload files, or images:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01b6'

Object doesn't support this property or method: 'ShortFilename'

/forums/functions/functions_upload.asp, line 208

I have checked line 208:

strNewFileName = .ShortFilename

is there something I can change this to??

Only later versions of SaFileUp are presently supported, you will have to ugrade to the latest version of this upload component, above 3.7 I think it is.

ok,

version issue fixed...

now i get this error when trying to upload:

The file uploaded is of the wrong file type.
Files must be of the type, zip, rar

Similar error with images:

The image uploaded is of the wrong file type.
Images must be of the type, jpg, jpeg, gif, png

anyone know why this is looping?

Make sure the setup is correct in the admin area and that you are uploading a file or image of the correct file type.

i checked the file types and they were correct.

for S&G's i changed line 208 to:

strFilename = Mid(.UserFilename, InstrRev(.UserFilename, "\") + 1)
and it now works  for both files and images!!!
i don't know why...
