hi there,

i just installed the web wiz forums, and i cant find the admin option where i can disable the security code confirmation on every login...

is that possible or not?

i appreciate ur help;

I donīt think you have the option to disable the sec. codes!

You must be running an old version as the latest version has this disabled on login by default as it uses session ID checks instead.

well i have a boxed version of the webwizforums (7.5) with a link removal key ...

i just downloaded the 7.6, what should i do to upgrade from 7.5 to 7.6 ?

i still didnt install it on my web server, so i have no data in the database... will the same link removal key work on the 7.6?

and if i had data in the forums? will i lose them on next updates? coz i dont see any scripts to only update my database from version to another...

The key code is the same.

If you have posts in your database then just replace all the files levaing your original database. The database has not changed between 7.5 and the current version 7.6
