	Is there any way to be able to send an eNewsletter to all registered users including those who have not selected any category? Sometimes you have to inform all registered users, such as changes in the page of something important. Thank you,

	Members have to have subscribed to the category you are sending the eNewsletter to. If the member has unbsubscribed to all categories then they are no longer part of a subscription category that wishes to have eNewsletters sent to them.
