Search [enter your favorite search engine here] for "seo tutorials"; I have to imagine there would a ton of resources available. Same for twitter and youtube - use their internal search for that same phrase.

Yes URL Rewrite add-on is available on the Web Wiz Forums download page near the bottom. It works with either the Premium or Adware Editions.
