An error has occurred while sending an email.

The transport lost its connection to the server.

This error looks to be an issue with connecting to the SMTP server to sendout emails.

Check in the admin area you have the correct SMTP details in the email setup page. In version 9 there is a test button to check that the details you have entered are correct.
