Setting up a list of members

I guess that if you are asking how to do this that you have no coding skills to create an application yourself to do this.

In which case your only option, apart from paying a developer to build a custom application for you, would be to look on the internet for a pre existing script or application that performs as an online address book.

Another solution as you host with us Kevin, would be to use our Webmail service instead as this has a global address book which can be shared by those people who have mailboxes on your domain. You could place this list into your Webmail Global Address book and then create a mailbox for all those people you need to access the system.

This way you can also easily email members and the Webmail system can also sync with Outlook on your own PC allowing you to update the list even more easily.

The webmail service is located at webmail.yourdomain.com and mailboxes can be created from your Control Panel.
